If you could give one tip to first-time buyers, what would it be? Be realistic. Getting a nice home in good condition that suits your needs is more important than a third bathroom or granite countertops.
What’s the weirdest or funniest thing you’ve seen in a home showing? Oh boy. I once showed a home to a clairvoyant. They claimed the spirit of the former owner was very happy they were there and really loved it when my client would play the piano that was in the home. It creeped me out.
