What's your real estate superpower? Getting a deal done. Whether it’s getting my hands dirty to do some necessary repairs, therapy for a nervous buyer or seller, or pushing folks to meet timelines, if there’s a way for a deal to work out, I’m gonna get it done!
What are three words clients use to describe you? Passionate, driven, empathetic.
The best way to reach you? (Text, call, email… carrier pigeon?) Call me!
Your go-to local recommendation or hidden gem? Typically I would go with a local food joint here, but With so many great local restaurants/owners, it’s truly hard to pick just one. I will go with North Country Golf Club. It’s a great spot to enjoy 18 holes and then relax on the patio with lunch and a beverage!
One fun fact clients usually don’t know about you? I love football Sundays and the New York Giants, but have never actually played football in real life.
If you could give one tip to first-time buyers, what would it be? Never leave your comfort zone. Your instincts is one of your most powerful tools, and if something doesn’t feel right, don’t force it. Homes hit the market every day and this is supposed to be your first big, exciting purchase, so don’t settle!
What’s the weirdest or funniest thing you’ve seen in a home showing? There has been so many off-the-wall things, I honestly can’t narrow it down to just one. Know that us realtors have seen just about everything.
