If you could give one tip to first-time buyers, what would it be? Know your monthly budget of how much you want/can afford to spend comfortably and remember buying a home will be stressful, so lean on your agent and their expertise.
What’s the weirdest or funniest thing you’ve seen in a home showing? Found just the bathtub set up in the bedroom. The shower and toilet were in the bathroom.
